He has extensive experience representing debtors and creditors in chapter 7, chapter 11, and chapter 13 cases and representing trustees in appellate proceedings.

Michael has over 40 years of experience in consumer bankruptcy law, and has served as a standing Chapter 13 Trustee for over 28 years.
He also has extensive experience serving as a Chapter 12 Trustee, Chapter 11 Trustee for the historic Skunk Train (Fort Bragg, California), Chapter 11 Liquidating Trustee for Colusa Mushroom, Inc. (Petaluma, California), court-appointed receiver for The Petrified Forest (Calistoga, California), and receiver for the Mendocino Medical Group (Ukiah, California).
